We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. 

Everything we sell is vintage and pre-owned, so items are rarely in mint condition - however, we strive to provide the most accurate information possible, both with our product descriptions and with our photographs. If you have any questions about an item, please just get in touch: we're always happy to provide extra pictures or information.

If you change your mind about a purchase before the item has been dispatched, just let us know and we will cancel the sale and refund you in full, as quickly as possible.

If you change your mind about a purchase after an item has already been dispatched, or if you change your mind about a purchase within 14 days of receipt of the item, the costs of delivery are non-refundable. You will need to arrange to have the item returned to us. 

Upon receipt of the returned item in the condition that it was sent out, we will refund the purchase price in full.
