A white plastic kitchen wall clock with timer, made by Weimar in the GDR. 
The clock and the timer are both fully functional; the clock runs on  1 x AA battery.
The right-hand third of the casing, around the timer,  has a pyramid-pattern textured surface. 
The clock has 4 "feet" on the back, which keep it from tilting forward when hanging on the wall.  It can be hung on the integreated metal hook, or from a string or wire threaded between the holes in the two top feet.
