Halabala H269 - reupholstered
A pair of H 269 bentwood armchairs, designed by Jindrich Halabala in the 1930s and manufactured by UP Zavody in the former Czechoslovakia.
These chairs have been fully restored. The bentwood arms are made of beech, and have been sanded, stained and varnished. The seats have been reupholstered with fabric from Kolovrat, a Czech company specialising in the manufacture of curtain & upholstery fabric.
