Green & white glass table lamp by Ivan Jakeš, mid century

A very unusual glass table lamp designed by Ivan Jakeš for Osvetlovaski Sklo in the former Czechoslovakia.
The lamp is comprised of two parts: the base is made from double-layer opaline glass, with a green outer layer and a white inner layer; the shade is made from white opaline glass. 
The lamp is in excellent condition. The wiring is original and fully functional; the plug is for a European socket.
